International Video Calling

The Video Calling service lets you see your loved ones up close, wherever they might be.
To use the service, both you and those you are calling must have Video Calling and International Calls services set up and use 3G-compatible phones with video calling, registered with the 3G network at the time of the call.
To place an international video call, all you need to do is dial the number in international format:
00 + country code + number you want to call
and then press the video call key or select video calling from the menu.
International calls are charged according to the international zone you are calling:
| zone | destinations | call charges (EUR/minute) |
|---|---|---|
| zone 1 | Europe, USA, Canada, Israel | 0.66 |
| zone 2 | rest of the world | 0.81 |
| zone 3 | Emsat, Ellipso, Immarsat, Iridium, Thuraya | 3.60 |
Charges exclude VAT. Charging is done by the second, after the first full minute. For PrePay users, the charges presented above are the same for data calls.
International video calling is available to all of the destinations above. Placing international video calls depends on the foreign networks you are calling.
