Orange Romania reserves the right not to enter in contractual relationships of any nature with potential or existing customers having a conflict with Orange Romania, regardless the conflict has been submitted or not to a court of law for judgement
verbal denunciation of the contract
As a rule, the unilateral denunciation of the subscription contract will be notified by the customer to Orange Romania in writing. If the customer chooses to denunciate the contract verbally, Orange Romania shall not be hold liable, shall not assume any risks and shall not offer any guarantees against possible abuses related to this verbal denunciation of the contract. Orange Romania doesn't have to provide any proofs related to customer's unilateral request for terminating the contract. In case of conflict/ litigation related to the verbal denunciation of the contract the customer has the whole responsibility to provide all necessary proofs.

Any use of Customer Services which causes annoyance to other clients or employees of Orange Romania may be deemed abusive and may lead to a decision by Orange Romania to terminate its contractual relationship with the customer concerned.
