Orange thanks you for your choice and, to show you our gratitude, we offer you a series of advantages
Silver
get Thank You points each month based on the amount of your bill
number of Thank You points = amount of your bill (euros excl. VAT) X 30%
For instance, for a bill amounting to 10 euros (excl. VAT), you’ll get 10 euros X 30%, ie, 3 Thank You points.
If you have a top-up service plan, you’ll also receive Thank You points for top-up credit:
number of Thank You points = amount of top-up credit (euros excl. bonuses and VAT) X 30%
Thank You points are assigned on a monthly basis, as follows: points corresponding to your bill are assigned when the bill has been paid, and those corresponding to top-up credit are assigned when the monthly invoice is issued.
you can purchase a new mobile at a special Thank You price, once a year, if your service plan or plans are at least 12 months old
If you purchase a mobile at a special Thank You price and extend your service plan by 24 months, you'll get the Silver Plus package:

The 4 euros of starting credit on your PrePay card cannot be transferred for the first 6 months. The bonus for received calls on your PrePay number is not allocated for calls made from your service plan number to your PrePay number. PrePay cards are not allocated for the rechargeable service plan, Christmas package plan and iPhone 3G service plans.

Minutes and text messages are assigned to pay-monthly phone numbers and are valid for 1 year from the time they have been assigned.
These benefits are not allocated for the rechargeable service plan and iPhone 3G package plan. If your company owns rechargeable service plans and you’re purchasing a mobile at a special Thank You price by extending the service plan by 24 months, these service plans will receive 2 euros' worth of credit with unlimited validity. The credit is assigned once the mobile has been purchased.
The order of usage is as follows:
- Orange minutes: minutes included with options are used first, followed by Thank You and national minutes or national credit included with the service plan
- national text messages: national messages included with options are used first, followed by Thank You text messages
- international minutes are incompatible with any option of international minutes and the Favourite Countries option

If you’d like to change your SIM card, phone number and charge plan (to a lower charge plan) or to temporarily suspend access to Orange services, the Silver package lets you carry out these operations without incurring administrative charges.

Rules on eligibility for the Silver benefits package:
You can receive Silver package rewards if your service plan or plans are at least 12 months old. To receive superior package rewards, the amount of your Orange bill must be between 550 and 1800 euros (excl. VAT) for the Gold package or over 1800 euros (excl. VAT) for the Premium package.
