how many Thank You points your company is receiving

for the Silver package

number of Thank You points = amount of your bill (euros excl. VAT) X 30%

If you have a top-up service plan, you’ll also receive Thank You points for top-up credit:

number of Thank You points = amount of top-up credit (euros excl. bonuses and VAT) X 30%

For instance, if your bill amounts to 5.5 euros excluding VAT and you’ve topped up by 12 euros during the billing month, that month you’ll get 6 Thank You points:

  • 5.5 euros x 30% = 2 Thank You points for the amount of your bill  
  • 12 euros x 30% = 4 Thank You points for the amount of credit topped up

for the Gold package

number of Thank You points = amount of your bill (euros excl. VAT) X 35%

If you have a top-up service plan, you’ll also receive Thank You points for top-up credit:

number of Thank You points = amount of top-up credit (euros excl. bonuses and VAT) x 35%

For instance, if your bill amounts to 5.5 euros excluding VAT and you’ve topped up by 20 euros during the billing month, that month you’ll get 9 Thank You points:

  • 5.5 euros x 35% = 2 Thank You points for the amount of your bill  
  • 20 euros x 35% = 7 Thank You points for the amount of credit topped up

for the Platinum package

number of Thank You points = amount of your bill (euros excl. VAT) X 40%
If you have a top-up service plan, you’ll also receive additional Thank You points for top-up credit:

number of Thank You points = amount of top-up credit (euros excl. bonuses and VAT) x 40%

For instance, if your bill amounts to 5.5 euros excluding VAT and you’ve topped up by 30 euros during the billing month, that month you’ll get 14 Thank You points:

  • 5.5 euros x 40% = 2 Thank You points for the amount of your bill  
  • 30 euros x 40% = 12 Thank You points for the amount of credit topped up
