how and where you can use Thank You points
If the company’s Orange service plans are older than 1 year, you can begin to use the points you’ve been collecting.
You can use all or some of your Thank You points to:
- buy mobiles at special prices in any Orange shop, in the online shop and at Orange partners where the “Orange Thank You here” sign is displayed
- buy GSM accessories at any Orange shop and in the online shop at www.orange.ro
- buy PrePay cards at special prices in any Orange shop, at Orange partners where the “Orange Thank You here” sign is displayed and in the Web Shop at www.orange.ro
- pay your Orange service plan and options charges by calling 434, free of charge
Call at least 5 days before the issue date of the bill you'd like to pay using Thank You points and follow these steps:
- enter your customer code (you’ll find it on your bill) and press #
- key in your password followed by # to find out the maximum number of Thank You points you can use to lower your next bill
- enter the number of Thank You points you’d like to use and press # Once your request has been processed successfully, you’ll receive a confirmation message.
