years of OrangeOn May 18, celebrating 2 years since the launch of the Orange brand, Orange Romania organized at World Trade Center an event dedicated to the corporate clients.
On this occasion the results of Orange Romania and the Orange Group for 2003 were presented, together with the 2004 development outlines for the services dedicated to the corporate clients.
Among the future plans for 2004, Bernard Moscheni - CEO of Orange Romania - mentioned the launch of EDGE based services in October 2004, Corporate Conference service in September 2004 and fixed voice services using voice over IP technology, exclusively dedicated to the corporate segment.

from Orangetariff for calls to other national networks lowers
The tariff for calls outside the Orange network for the 4 USD subscription lowers from 0.24 USD / minute to 0.22 USD / minute. The new tariff applies starting June 10, 2004.

From June 10, a new option is available for the 4 USD subscription, for the subscriptions with included minutes and Shared Minutes.
For a monthly fee of 1 USD, the option enables you to call any number belonging to a fixed network at the same tariff as inside the Orange network. The new tariff applies after the consumption of the minutes included in the package.
For example, once you activated the option, for the 4 USD subscription, the tariff for calls to national fixed networks is 0.14 USD / minute, the same as for calls inside the Orange network.

In order to call Orange, you dial *672643, namely *orange.
The phone call through Star Company goes on exactly as a regular call, made by dialing the regular Orange phone number.

A code can have any length between 4 to 13 digits, preceded by the (*) key.
A code can be associated only with an Orange subscription number.
Any Orange subscriber or PrePay user can dial such a code, except for clients belonging to Mobile Virtual Private Networks.
The codes can have national or local coverage. The national codes can be dialed from any location within the Orange national coverage area, while the local ones are working only within a city (at your choice).
