Audioconference
in 3 stepsOrange offers you Audioconference service, a tool for effective meetings management, providing real time communication with up to 30 participants from any land line or mobile, national or international network.
The use of the Audioconference service involves 3 steps:
1. contacting Orange sales representative
to request access account to the conference management interface and the
conference call number (an Orange phone number). You can ask the access
account to service interface https://audioconference.orange.ro also to
Corporate Customer Service, calling 410 (free of charge from your Orange
phone) or 021/203 3410.
2. scheduling the conference call with the desired
parameters, selecting the date, time, duration and number of participants.
Through the web interface, the reservation and conference ID (a 4 digits
code) are subsequently confirmed. This information together with the conference
call number should be sent to all participants, so that they can access
the conference at the established date and time.
3. entering the conference. At the established
moment, every participant has to dial the Orange conference call number
and then dial the conference ID.
The conference space utilization is charged depending on the maximum number of participants accessing the conference and conference duration (in increments of 15 minutes).

The call made by participants to access the conference is charged as
a call to Orange network.
During conference, the web interface offers the flexibility you need in
its scheduling and management.

answerWith Dedicated Internet Access service, Orange Romania offers dedicated Internet links based on radio solutions. We are able to guarantee quality services by using licensed frequency bandwidths for the local loop radio equipments. Contracted Internet links capacity can start at 64 Kb/s and can reach multiples of E1. This solution is recommended for both head offices and regional services or local work points.
Service installation implies a feasibility study describing the technical solution for the proper Internet connection. The technical solution includes radio equipments to connect clients' location with the nearest Orange site and, whenever necessary, a router to ensure network interconnection through an interface adapted to client's requirements.
High service quality is given by back-up solutions of alternative traffic routing through Orange network, thus being able to contractually guarantee the quality of service indicators.
The main benefits of the Dedicated Internet Access service offered by Orange are:
- Internet connection using the network of France Telecom Network & Carriers (through Open Tranzit Internet Division)
- Internet connection of client's location, regardless of its position throughout the country
- posibility to implement Internet and VPN data integrated solutions
- permanent monitoring service of Internet connection (round the clock, 7 days a week)
Besides permanent access to Internet, Orange also offers services such as:
- WEB pages hosting, with hosting space chosen by the client
- e-mail accounts within client's own domain or within domains offered by Orange name@company.ornet.ro
- Internet Domain (DNS): named as company.ornet.ro to identify your company on the Internet. It is also used for employees e-mail accounts (name@company.ornet.ro) and for the name of the official website
- IP addresses: each Orange client receives free of charge a fixed IP address
- domain hosting service offers free hosting on Orange servers of a domain name owned by the client
