This is the second year Orange publishes the Social Responsibility Report, that aims to communicate Orange Romania's commitment to sustainable, long-term development and responsible business management. The 2004 report is about how we have put into practice this strategy, what we have and what we still haven't achieved and our future objectives.

For Orange, being a responsible corporate citizen means more than involvement with financial resources in various community initiatives. It means following ethical business standards, maintaining open dialogue with all our stakeholders and being close to people. It means contributing with our technology, experience and time resources to the development of the communities where we operate. We have responsibility in front of our employees, customers and partners, and also in front of community, authorities, shareholders and environment.

Orange brand values - honest, friendly, straightforward, dynamic and refreshing - are about who we are and how we behave as company and the social responsibility gives substance and reinforces these values. Orange sustains initiatives that use communication to enable people full involvement in society: training programmes for students; an educational project for children with hearing and sight impairments; we offered our technology as a support for a medical project, National Traumatology Network; we are the only operator who supported the initiative of the National Regulatory Authority in Communications in implementing the Universal Service, delivering thus access to communication services to isolated areas, and we will continue to be actively involved in community life, to promote dynamism, innovation, team spirit.

Social Responsibility means continuous development and taking into account our stakeholders' views. e-mail solutions for your business

Orange offers you a flexible and reliable solution for electronic communication within your company.

The main advantage is that an e-mail dedicated server is no longer needed to enable electronic communication.

With Orange E-mail, the e-mail accounts have a capacity of 10 MB that can be increased depending on necessities.

Some of its features that make Orange E-mail a powerful work tool for your business:

• calendar function is compatible with Microsoft Outlook. You can schedule meetings with other Orange E-mail and Microsoft Outlook system users.
• Anti-Spam mode. Spam messages will reach your e-mail account more rarely, thus saving your time.
• Antivirus mode. Thus, your Orange E-mail accounts have an increased protection.
• groups of addresses. You can group e-mail addresses and use them when you send a message to several recipients in the same work/project group, making easier the communication with groups of users.
• automatic forwarding, rejecting or deleting of e-mail messages using advanced processing rules.
• standard instant answer to some e-mail messages through automatic answer messages option activation.

The domain used within the e-mail address component can be an Orange domain (orangenet.ro, ornet.ro) or one of your company domains.

To access the e-mail accounts, you need a fixed or mobile Internet connection from Orange. The access is available both on web, within an interface having a structure similar to a usual e-mail account, and through an e-mail client that supports POP3 or IMAP4 (e.g. Outlook Express) protocol.

Each e-mail account is charged with a monthly fee, depending on the number of e-mail accounts:
