Orange launches in Romania two innovative services based on the "e-mail push" technology: BlackBerry® Enterprise Solution and BlackBerry® Internet E-mail. These services are designed to meet the communication needs of corporate customers and of small and medium enterprises at the same time.

BlackBerry "push" technology allows customers to receive e-mail messages in real time directly on the BlackBerry handheld without needing a previous initiation of connection to the e-mail server by the user. Once the e-mail reaches the office e-mail server , it is instantly sent to the user’s BlackBerry handheld. With BlackBerry, Orange subscribers can receive, edit, reply, send and forward e-mails, can read and forward the attachments in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe PDF, ASCII, JPEG, GIF, BMP, TIFF and PNG formats.

With BlackBerry from Orange, the communication can be enhanced in any type of business. BlackBerry is the complete communication solution for business people who travel often, offering them the mobility they need. Orange Group has already launched the BlackBerry e-mail push solution in its subsidiaries from Belgium, France and United Kingdom, and will also make it available to its customers from Poland and The Netherlands, by the end of this year.
