Your Orange
Your Orange is a portal that offers secure, simple and fast online access to your subscription information,
enabling you to gain full control of your mobile telephone fleet and manage your mobile services.
By accessing https://www.your.orange.ro with your username and password, you can review and make changes to your subscriptions and options and you can configure your existing services.
The applicationís menu includes the following sections:
- company structure - here you can edit the hierarchical structure of your companyís mobile telephone fleet
- company information - here you can view and edit the company's address, billing address and the name of the person authorised to represent your company in its relationship with Orange
- usage - this section includes:
- invoice information - where you can view your account's history for the past six months, request a copy of an invoice that has already been sent, request a detailed invoice or send in a Customer Service request
- Cronos - an application which helps you easily track your usage data. Usage is presented on four
levels: by group of companies, by company, by department and for each individual user. Detailed
information for each telephone number can be exported to a text file for processing in Excel or
other similar applications
- my information - gives you access to all the services and options associated with your subscriptions. You can edit personal information, configure existing services (call redirection, voicemail, roaming etc.) or existing options. The PUK code used to unlock the SIM card can be obtained here, and you can also temporarily disable the use of a telephone number should your mobile be lost or stolen
- contact us - contact Customer Service directly with questions about our offers, billing, roaming and other services, coverage area etc..
- activity history - in this section you can look up all the requests you have made to the system and their status (ongoing, under review, completed)
Your Orange is available for all Orange subscriptions and for our Optim and Multi-SIM offers.

Flexible is a unique subscription on the Romanian market, offering flexibility and complete freedom to communicate. Flexible includes credit that you can use as you wish. The credit can be used to call nationally or internationally, to send text or multimedia messages, to surf via wap or the internet, according to your communication needs.
Using Flexible offers you the choice of how to use the value of your subscription and gives you complete control over costs. The credit available for your subscription drops as you use the communication services, with remaining credit brought forward to the following month.
You can choose the type of Flexible that best suits your communication style from among 11 bundles with available credit values ranging from 10 USD to 980 USD. You can add various options to this subscription: voice, text messages, multimedia messages or data packages, to further drive down your communication costs.
