Last month, Orange organized a special event for its corporate clients - Orange Data Forum.
The event took place at World Trade Center, in the New York Hall.
We took this opportunity to announce the launch of new data communication services:
The new services are extending the existing data communication offer: dedicated national lines, Internet dial-up and mobile access through GPRS.
For the time being, the access to the wirefree Internet service - Wirefree™ Zone is available inside the World Trade Center. It allows our clients to access wirefree Internet at high speed (up to 11 Mbps), by using the W-LAN technology.
Wirefree™ Zone is now available in the WTC conference halls, at Sofitel’s lounge and in the World Trade Plaza shopping area.
For details regarding the services presented during the Data Forum, please write to as at infocorporate@orange.ro.
Starting with the 15 of April, the tariffs for incoming calls in roaming are reduced up to 39%.
Orange makes things easier for you, defining only three tariff areas for incoming calls in roaming:
Therefore, while roaming Moldova, for any incoming call you are charged 0,49 USD / minute; when visiting a country of the area 1, you are charged 0,90 USD / minute; and for the calls you receive when traveling in any of the countries of area 2 in which Orange has roaming agreements, the tariff for incoming calls is 1,50 USD / minute.
Orange has long enjoyed a good relationship with HP and following a country-by-country round on RFQs issued by HP Europe, has now secured contracts in France, Belgium, Poland and Switzerland. Under the new contracts, Orange is offering global account management, Single Report and Central Ordering.
Orange’s International Business Care Center (IBC) has worked with HP to develop an automated ordering process using HP’s Intranet. HP end users from France, Belgium and Switzerland order handsets or new services via HP Intranet. When an order is validated by line management a flag is sent to Orange IBC. IBC will then access the Intranet via secure password to collect order details for actioning. Confirmation of order completion is input buy IBC on the HP Intranet in the same way.
We are waiting for your opinions and suggestions at the e-mail address infocorporate@orange.ro.
