Corporate Customers Service assures the processing of different requests, carried out at the request of the person authorized by your company:
- changing SIM cards
- activating international calls
- activating roaming
- activating 3G / EDGE / GPRS services without monthly subscription, MMS, WAP
- issue of ORANGE invoices in electronic format (via e-mail).
- reports issue at request and processing of data in the detailed invoice for Orange services
- phone book transfer from other SIM cards to the Orange card
- sending informative text messages to all numbers in the phone book to inform about phone numbers change
- invoice issue for the Orange services directly at the Orange office
- technical support (setting value added services and equipment) at the Orange office or, in special cases, at the customer’s office

The dedicated technical support has extended working hours from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 20:00 and on Saturdays from 9:00 to 17:00. Outside working hours, your call will be answered by Customer Service 411.
