Audioconference service facilitates the organisation of conference calls with up to 30 participants from any national or international, fixed or mobile network. The service offers a simple and professional way to get in touch with partners and team members wherever they are located.

service description

conference scheduling

Conference calls are organised using a web interface accessible at https://audioconference.orange.ro.

After authentication with the user name and passsword conference call information should be introduced: conference date, duration and number of participants. The reservation and the conference ID (a 4 digits code) are confirmed in the web interface. In order to start the conference at the established date and time, these informations have to be communicated to all participants, together with the conference dial number. The conference dial number is an Orange phone number communicated by Customer Service when the user interface account is created.

At the established moment, every participant should call the conference Orange number and then dial the conference ID.

The web interface offers flexibility in conference scheduling and management even while in progress. Thus, during the conference the followings are available:

  • changing the number of participants
  • changing conference duration
  • counting participants
  • blocking the conference
  • adjusting speech/listen volume
  • private call with an individual participant
  • voting
  • granting conference control to another participant.

With Audioconference service, face to face meetings with employees and partners can be replaced by an effective conference tool allowing meetings and real time communication with many people in remote locations.

charging principles

The conference is charged depending on the maximum number of participants and the conference time expressed in 15 minutes intervals.
