Manager Control

Manger Control is a friendly Internet interface which allows to a MVPN (Mobile Virtual Private Network) fleet manager to control and modify, on-line, the traffic assigned to fleet members, to personalize extensions (short numbers inside the company) and to define calls calendar, according to company's daily schedule.

For example, to an user one can dynamically allocate calls permissions as follows: inside company - unlimited, calls in Orange network - unlimited, international - 1h 20 min without allowing traffic above threshold, special calls (other national networks) - 2h 30 min with allowing traffic above threshold.

  • traffic monitoring and control performed by fleet members based on days and time bands (previously defined by you, through creation of personalized calendars)
  • definition of ABD (ABbreviated Dialing) numbers - short access numbers associated to phone numbers, outside MVPN, which are frequently called (ex: the number 0744 44 06 81 has associated the code *15; by dialing *15 one calls the number 0744 44 06 81)
  • ABD numbers can have preferential tariff, in case of using Orange numbers
  • report issue regarding communication resources allocated to mobile fleet users

application description

Manager Control contains the following main sections:
Explorer - it allows allocation of all traffic resources of mobile fleet
Ssearch engine - allows finding the following:

  • a site belonging to a group
  • name, extension or phone number of users
  • ABD numbers
  • calendars
  • calendar profile, etc.

Reports - generates, both on display and in a printable file detailed information on traffic resources of mobile fleet users
Help - contains an index of items used in application, with explanations and examples

charges

Manager Control requires a monthly fee composed by:

  • fixed usage fee
  • a fee per each user registered and managed in application

You can get Manager Control application via Corporate Department. Manager Control is available for MVPN users only.
