service description
Voice VPN is the best voice solution for communication inside a private network, built over Orange data transfer infrastructure.
Company locations, fixed phones specifically, are connected between them using Orange access network. Every fixed phone has allocated an extension, at client’s choice, and can be used to call directly any other fixed phone within the private network. The company holds the control over the private numbering plan.
The client defines the total number of voice channels (simultaneous calls) allocated for each location. The traffic inside the network is unlimited, depending on the number of available voice channels.
The access to Orange network is supported by BWA (Broadband Wireless Access) equipments operating in the licensed band of 3,5 GHz.
Usage
Voice VPN service addresses companies with regional locations and intensive communication inside the company. This represents a very attractive solution to successfully replace the classic land line service, when it was used intensively for communication between company locations.
Combined with the OfficeTel service, the solution is complete and covers the entire voice communication needs of a company.
Charging principles
Orange will charge the services for installation and configuration of the local loop and network equipments at client’s location, will also charge a monthly fee for each allocated voice channel and a tariff for equipment usage, management and maintenance fees, if need be, and other value added services.
Additional equipment installing and configuration works, as well as further configuration changes are subject to additional fees specified within feasibility studies prepared for each case.
