Your Orange

Your Orange application is an Internet interface allowing the customer to view and modify the services and the active options status for each company subscription. The customer's request is received in real time, without being necessary to call Customer Service. The access is secured, on hierarchical levels; thus, the personal subscription or all company subscriptions can be accessed depending on the authority granted.

In the main menu you can find:

Company structure - in this section you can edit the hierarchical structure of the company's mobile phones fleet, namely you can:

  • view the hierarchical structure (fleet departments and members)
  • create new departments and members
  • search for departments and members
  • move members from one department to another
  • erase departments and members
  • view member's list

Company info - in this section you can:

  • view the company address, as registered in the Orange data base
  • enter the alternative address where the Orange monthly invoice should be sent
  • view the information regarding the person authorized to represent your company in our contractual relationship

Invoice - in this section you can:

  • display the invoice
  • ask for a copy of the issued invoices
  • ask for the detailed invoice
  • submit a complaint regarding a certain invoice
  • view how many Thank You points you have

my information - in this section you can:

  • view personal information
  • edit each user's services and options
  • request SIM card unlocking
  • suspend and reactivate GSM service
  • edit the user's profile

Contact us - in this section you can:

  • request information on the offer, invoice, roaming, services, Orange phones, coverage, Thank You points, Corporate department etc.
  • request changes regarding your Orange package, address, services etc.
  • submit complaints regarding the service and accessories quality, the invoice, Thank You points, rolled-over minutes etc.
  • view the previous requests status

Action history - in this section you can receive a list of the previous requests, by using different criteria

The application is available both in Romanian and English
