Your Album

You can create Your Album by calling the Customer Service 411/444 directly from your Orange phone.
You only can create Your Album (as the owner or authorized user in the subscribing agreement, or as a PrePay user).

If you wish to send a multimedia message to Your Album, you have to send it to the short phone number 566.
To access the multimedia messages stored in Your Album, you must log in Your Album section, to enter your phone number and the password you specified during activation to the Customer Service or to the representatives of the Orange shops.

If you forgot your password, call the Customer Service by dialing 411/444 from your Orange phone and opt for changing it. This modification cannot be asked by anyone else or from another phone.

By using the files stored in Your Album, you can edit and send multimedia messages to service compatible or incompatible phones or to an e-mail address. From Your Album, you can simultaneously send a multimedia message up to 10 e-mail addresses and phone numbers.
The messages sent from the album are not saved; they cannot be seen or sent again; they must de reedited.

The addressee of your multimedia message will receive this message from your phone number or e-mail from 074XXXXXXX@mms.orange-gsm.com.
If the addressee of your message does not have a multimedia compatible phone or if he did not call the Customer Service to activate the service, he will be treated by the network as a customer not owning a multimedia phone – therefore he will receive a text message that will inform him about receiving a multimedia message from you and that he can access it from here, by using a unique password.

The album has two components: New Messages and Read Messages.
New Messages represents a fix capacity storing space of 1 Mega Byte (MB).
Here you will find the messages automatically sent by the network into Your Album (e.g. if your phone has been off for more than 24 hours).
You should save new messages by transferring them to the space allotted for Read Messages.

Otherwise, if the space allotted for New Messages is full, you may risk losing messages. All the messages you sent to Your Album are automatically saved in the Read Messages section.

Read Messages is a storing space with variable capacity.
It is of 1 MB capacity in the standard variant. You may request to change its capacity through successive increases of 2 MB. Each 2 MB supplementary capacity costs 0.5 EUR for a storing period of 6 months.
If there is no enough space in the Read Messages, the new sent messages will be lost.

You may opt to deactivate Your Album by calling the Customer Service only from your Orange phone. If your request is made during the validity period of Your Album (6 months), the fee of 0.5 EUR will not be returned.
The multimedia messages stored in Your Album will be deleted immediately after deactivation.

We recommend you do not let others know your access password for Your Album, as you will pay any multimedia message sent from Your Album.
If you want to change your password, log yourself on Your Album, and change the password that you have chosen during the service activation.

how to change the activated options

If you wish to change certain options in your service user portfolio, we recommend that you call the Customer Service 411/444 from the SIM card phone that you owe or use with authorization within the subscribing agreement.
