Pay online the Orange bill
With ePayment from Orange you can pay the Orange bill Easier and more confortable, using just a bank card, without making any effort to go to a cash point.
If you are an Orange subscriber, using ePayment you can:- pay the Orange bill – you can pay the bill you receive on your bill day
- you can make payments in advance or partial payments for more than one bill in the same time
To use this service you have to have a user account for Orange Web Care application and to have a Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro or Mastercard debit or credit card. Check here all the bank cards that can be used for Internet payments. You can access Web Care at www.orange.ro/webcare.
how to pay online your Orange bill
- access www.orange.ro/webcare, and enter your user account
- access Cronos and invoice section
- view your bills, the payments and the total balance for your account, expressed in RON
- click on the button online bill payment
- choose one or more bills you would like to pay online or fill in a certain amount in RON
- if you want to make partial or in advance payments:
- click on the button online bill payment
- confirm the payment details: the invoice data, the customer number, the amount to be paid and click on the button pay online
- inside the new window opened fill in all the data about the card you make the payment with and click on the button finish order
- later on, you will receive a confirmation email for the online invoice payment on the email address you have provided when registering for the Web Care;
- for all legal entities, the confirmation email represents the receipt issued for the online payment
To register within Web Care and to use ePayment as an online method of payment is free of any charge, and for any transaction made with ePayment, there is no commission.
