The Calling Group option lets you communicate more efficiently with your employees.

This is an option that can be added to the service plan you have chosen.

how it works

By activating this option, you take advantage of a special charge of 0.03 EUR/minute for all the calls you make to your company’s Orange numbers.

In addition, you can select up to four favourite Orange PrePay numbers to call anytime for only 0.03 EUR/minute. PrePay numbers will be the same for any of your company’s service plan set up with this option.

The 0.03 EUR/minute special charge for calls to your company’s Orange numbers and to the Orange PrePay favourite numbers can only be made from the numbers that have the Calling Group option set up. Your company numbers without this option and the PrePay favourite numbers will call any Orange number at standard charges according to their service plan or tariff plan.

For inclusive minutes subscriptions, calls to your company’s Orange numbers and to PrePay favourite numbers will cost 0.03 EUR/minute and will not use the minutes included with the subscription. These calls will use the credit included with the Flexible and Business Flexible subscriptions.

The calls made to Orange numbers outside your company as well as to national fixed or mobile networks and to international destinations will be charged at the standard rates according to your service plan.

If this option is set up together with an option that includes free minutes, calls to your company’s Orange numbers and to Orange PrePay favourite numbers will not use the inclusive minutes and will be charged 0.03 EUR/minute. If you set up the Calling Group option together with a Favourite Numbers option, you can’t select your company’s Orange numbers as favourite numbers.

The monthly charge for this option is 3.72 EUR (TVA inclusive).

If you want to add PrePay Orange favourite numbers to this option, the monthly charge increases depending on how many favourite numbers you choose:

PrePay favourite numbers

You can select or change your PrePay favourite numbers anytime by calling Customer Service on 411, at no charge. Defining your numbers for the first time is free. Changing the numbers can be done anytime once the list has been completed; each change costs 0.75 EUR.

PrePay favourite numbers can be called at the special charge of 0.03 EUR/minute by any Orange customer in your company who has set up the Calling Group option.

This option is available for all Business Flexible, Flexible and inclusive minutes subscriptions, for the 3G and for the 3 euro service plans.

how to sign up

You can set up the option by calling Customer Services on 411, free of charge from your Orange phone. The option can be activated anytime and remains active for at least one billing month. It can be deactivated only on your billing day.
