Call the short number 444 from your mobile phone or
021 203 3033 and follow the instructions.
The first step is to chose the language: press
- 1 for Romanian or
- 2 for English.
If you wish to speak with one of our Consultants, press 0 (zero) and your call will be answered as soon as possible.
how does it work?
This service may be accessed from Romania by dialing 444 during the active period and by calling 021 203 3033 during the grace period.
When Roaming, you can call this service by dialing +4021 203 3033.
how much does it cost?
You can access Customer Service on 444 only during your credit’s active period.
Between 7 am and 10 pm, access to Customer Service and calls to our consultants are free of charge. Between 10 pm and 7 am, access to the service is free and transfers to the operator will be charged 0.6545 euro/call (including VAT).
where can I find it?
The service is available from the first call.
