If...

...your mobile phone displays "check card", "insert SIM" or "SIM error"
Make sure you properly inserted the SIM card into the phone set according to the directions from the phone guide. If it’s necessary, cut out the micro card. The PrePay SIM card can be used in all GSM mobile phones, excepting those that are locked into a different network than Orange.

...you wish to activate the PIN code
The initial PIN code is 0000#

...you activated the PIN code and your GSM mobile phone displays “SIM card blocked” or “enter PUK code”
It means you entered 3 wrong PIN codes or the SIM card is blocked. To unblock it you have to enter the PUK code. Call Self Care to find out the PUK code. If you enter 10 wrong PUK codes, the SIM card will get permanently blocked and become unusable.

...the recharging code has been rejected
The recharging code can be used to make one single recharge. If you try to reuse a recharging code, the recharge won’t take place.

...you entered 3 times in a row wrong recharging codes the SIM card will get blocked
To unblock the SIM card call Customer Service at 021 203 30 33 (charged call).

...the SIM card is not working
Call Customer Service at 021 203 30 33 (charged call).

...you wish to subscribe
You can keep your Orange phone number. To benefit from the current offer go to an Orange shop or to Orange partners. When you switch from PrePay to subscription you can transfer maximum 40 EUR from the PrePay credit into your subscriber account. You have to keep your subscription for at least one year before you can cease the contract or transfer it to someone else.
