Active period of the credit

You can consume the initial credit in maximum 60 since you made the first call. During the active period, you can make national and international calls within the limit of the existing credit.
PrePay advantage: when you recharge, the existing active period of the credit is cumulated with the new active period offered by the scratch card. The maximum active period of the new credit can reach up to 180 days since your last recharge.

Grace period of the credit

The grace period of the initial credit has 365 days. The grace period offered by a scratch card has 240 days, excepting the 4 EUR scratch card that doesn’t offer a grace period.
The grace period follows the active period.

Thus:

• you have consumed the credit before the expiry date of the active period: the grace period starts today, at 00:00
• today is the last day of the active period: the grace period starts tomorrow at 00:00

During the grace period, you can receive calls and call only free of charge numbers. The credit unconsumed during the active period is maintained during the grace period. In order to use the remaining credit you have to recharge your PrePay account.

You can recharge your account at any time during the active period or during the grace period. If you don’t recharge your PrePay account before the last day of the grace period you will lose your credit and your Orange phone number and your SIM card will become unusable.
