PrePay top-up

using a top-up card

You can top up your PrePay account anytime using a top-up card.
Each top-up card gives you an amount of credit in euros with an active period, followed by a grace period.

Top-up cards are available in Orange shops, at Orange partners and through the Orange PrePay distribution network.
One card code can be used for a single top-up.
Bonuses received for top-ups are valid for 30 days. If this bonus credit isn’t used during the 30-day validity period, it will expire and be deleted from your PrePay account.

How to top up your SIM card

1. Use a coin to lightly scratch the area indicated on your top-up card to reveal the 14-digit top-up code.
2. Dial 222   
3. Select top-up by pressing 1. After hearing a message about your existing credit, you’ll be asked to enter the 14-digit top-up code.
4. Key in the 14 digits. After entering the 14 digits, you’ll be told what your new credit level is and the date until when it is active. Top up your SIM card anytime you need to. Top-up before all your credit has been used up. By doing so, you’ll avoid interrupted calls or losing your Orange phone number.

Any Orange pay-monthly customer can top up your account by any amount between 1 and 200 EUR, using the PrePay top-up service.
