With Orange, either you are a subscriber or a PrePay user you always
have quick access to the services you need.
With the new Self Care service you have access to these services and
more easily, directly on your phone display, with a simple free of charge
call to number *100#.
Self Care is available non-stop, anywhere within Orange coverage area.
Don't forget to activate your Roaming
service (if you have an Orange subscription) or your PrePay
Roaming (if you have a PrePay card) before leaving Romania, so that
you can use the Self Care Service *100# while abroad.
In Roaming, the service depends on the technical capabilities of the
respective network.
If you are a PrePay user, with a free of charge call to *100# and then
following the steps within the menu, you can benefit from the following
services:
My account
- to choose one of the charge plans: Standard, Text Messages, Unique, Favourite Numbers or Favourite Time
- to define or modify the favourite numbers or to find out which are these favourite numbers
- to activate, deactivate or extend the validity of the Roaming service
- to find out information about the Roaming tariffs and the available networks
- to activate Video Calling service
- to activate the international option

Moreover, for quick access to credit information you can dial
*133# and for bonus on incoming information you can dial *144#.
how does
it work
To access the Self Care service, dial *100# for free. After registering
as a user, you will see the main menu on your phone display
To navigate the menu and to enter a certain option you have to press
Answer, to insert the desired option number and then to press Send.
In only a few moments, the proper sub-menu of the inserted option shall
pop up on your phone display.
Starting with the moment you are in the Self Care menu, you can always
go back to the previous option if you press Answer, insert "*"
and then press Send, or you may navigate the next menu by pressing Answer,
inserting "#" and then pressing Send.
Also, in order to access a certain option faster, shortcuts are available.
For example, to access option 1 from the main menu and then sub-option
2, you can dial directly: *100*1*2#.
For further information about this service usage, you have the "Help"
option in the main menu.
The Self Care service menu may look and behave differently, depending
on the type of phone you use.

nothing.
