PrePay account recharge

The PrePay account can be recharged at any time using one of the PrePay scratch cards.

Each scratch card offers a credit expressed in euros with an active period followed by a grace period. Thus:

The scratch cards are available in Orange shops, at Orange partners and in the PrePay distribution network.

Each recharge increases the credit and offers an active period followed by a grace period. The code on the scratch card can be used for a single recharge.


How to recharge the PrePay SIM card

1. Scratch gently with a coin on the indicated area of the scratch card to find out the 14-digit recharging code.
2. Dial 222
3. Select the recharge option by pressing 1. After you are told about the existing credit you'll be asked to dial the 14 digits of the recharging code.
4. Dial the 14 digits of the recharging code. After that, you'll be informed about the new credit value and about the expiry date of its active period. Recharge your SIM card any time you need. Don't wait until the credit is consumed in order to recharge. If you recharge before the credit consumption you'll avoid any call interruption or losing your Orange phone number.

Any Orange subscriber can recharge a PrePay account with a value between 1 EUR and 200 EUR by accessing the Recharge service.

The 30-day top-up, loyalty, received calls bonuses and the Credit Transfer service aren’t available for the PrePay Music charge plan.
