Credit Transfer

For you
With Credit Transfer service you can offer credit from your account to any other Orange PrePay or rechargeable subscription user.
You can transfer any value between 1 and 3 euros according to your available credit.

How does it work?
Call free of charge *100# from your mobile phone, access Credit Transfer menu than follow the instructions.
Depending on the available credit, you can transfer any value between 1 and 3 EUR. Type in the value you want to transfer and the number of the PrePay user to whom you want to transfer the credit.

Once the transfer has been done you will receive the confirmation in a text message .
The PrePay and rechargeable subscription user will also receive a text message with the total value added to their credit.
You are allowed to make 5 credit transfers in a period of 30 days. The PrePay account to which you transfer the credit will receive a supplementary active period of 5 days.

You can transfer credit during the first two months with Orange if, following the transfer, you’re left with the initial amount of credit available when you set up your SIM card.

The PrePay and the rechargeable subscription users who received credit through Credit Transfer service will not be able to operate a credit transfer in the next 30 days.
Only the PrePay users within the active period and the active rechargeable subscription users can access the service.

The service is not available during the first 6 months after setting up discounted or free promotional PrePay packages, or for packages received free of charge with mobiles purchased through the Orange Thank You programme.

The service can be accessed only during the active period of your credit.
You can also transfer credit in roaming using Self Care service depending on the technical features of the foreign network.

Thus, both the user who transfer the credit and the one receiving credit through Credit Transfer can be in Romania or in a foreign country (with Roaming service activated).

How much does it cost?
The access and the use of the service are free of charge.
