The tariffs apply to indivisible minutes and do not include VAT. The tariffs valid for voice calls also apply to wap access and fax&data transmissions over CSD technology.

When you are abroad, your calls to premium numbers are charged with 3.85 EUR/min (VAT exclusive). While abroad, text messages sent to premium services in Romania are charged as follows: regular roaming text message charge + national charge of the premium service you are accessing. The premium numbers are assigned by operators for special, value added services, such as: info services, weather forecast, games, contests, entertainment, 0800 and 0900 numbers etc.

Regardless of your Personal plan subscription, the Roaming service enables you to communicate in over 260 mobile networks from more than 130 countries and 2 satellite operators.
