Using this service, you can find out - in just a few moments! - exactly
how much you have used of your subscription and how much you have to pay.
You manage your costs easily, being informed on:

If you are a user of a Shared minutes package you receive from Cronos details regarding both the group outstanding and your own consumption:

how does it
workYou can access the Cronos service by calling or sending a blank text message to 415 directly from your Orange phone. You can dial free of charge the number
The calls will automatically be interrupted and in a few moments you will receive the information in a text message displayed on your phone; the message is not saved by default in the SIM card's memory.
Moreover, you have direct access to Cronos if you dial *115#.
The information is valid for the date mentioned at the beginning of your message.
The information is updated three times a day.
Your Roaming costs are calculated based on the data received from the mobile network you selected and used. The time frame for sending these records may vary from an operator to another. Consequently, the costs presented by Cronos in Roaming and immediately after your returning could be incomplete. In this case, the remaining costs will be presented afterwards.
You receive the message in Romanian, but you may call Client Service in order to set the English language.
To help sight-impaired people the Cronos service is now available by calling the quickdial number 7741 directly from the Orange phone, free of charge.

as the received text messages are free of charge.

Available for all types of Orange service plans on subscription; Cronos
becomes operational 24 hours after your subscription has been activated.
