Invoice Info
for you
The Invoice Info service sees that you receive information about your
Orange invoice in best conditions.
One day after your new invoice has been issued, you will receive a personalized
written message with full details about it: amount, issuing date, invoice
number and client code. Another message, with similar information, will
be sent near the invoice's due day.
how does it
work
You automatically receive reminder messages, no additional settings being
required on your Orange handset.
You should only check the service's active status on your first Orange
subscription form. Once activated, you will receive the messages on the
number you indicated. Afterwards, the destination number can be modified
also by contacting Customer Service 411.
And if you would like the messages to be sent in a different language
- Romanian or English – you also need to call 411.
If you are not receiving reminder messages, call at any time the Customer
Service and request the Invoice Info activation, indicating the Orange
number you want to receive the information on.
how much does
it cost?
The service is activated free of charge, and the reminding text messages
are free of charge.
availability
Available for all Orange service plans on subscription – with bundle
minutes or not; it is automatically activated, together with your first
subscription.
If you have more then one Orange subscription and you don’t receive
the personalized reminder messages on any of your numbers, please call
411 (Customer Service) and request Invoice Info service activation indicating
the destination number.
