Anniversary Messages

With the Anniversary Messages service you will always send on time anniversary messages to contacts stored in your personal agenda.

The Anniversary Messages service sends anniversary text messages on your behalf and if you want, it reminds you through SMS about a forthcoming anniversary.

how does it work

To activate the Anniversary Messages service, call 411, Customer Service.

For security reasons, the access to application is restricted by a one time password. You will receive the password in text message when you enter your Orange phone number.

A new password will be sent each time you access the application. The password is available only for a limited period of time and only for one web session.

Beginning with the first access to the application, you can define the agenda manually, entering each contact with a click on the "add contact" link, or importing contacts from a CSV file.
The name and phone fields are necessary, but we recommend also introducing the birth date for automatic anniversary messages. It is important to enter contacts in agenda for the optimal use of the Anniversary Messages application.

A "search" button helps you to rapidly find a contact.

Another option is sending a programmed message to the entire agenda. This feature can be used clicking the "message to agenda" link. Thus, all the contacts from your agenda will receive the same message, at the specified date and time.

A configuring option allows you to set the main features of the Anniversary Messages application. You can cancel the sending of both saint's day and birthday messages and also the reminders.

Warning! When you check these options, the sending of anniversary messages and the receiving of the reminders are stopped. You will always see this status in the "agenda" option, on the left side, under date and time.

Moreover, in the "configuration" option you can mention how many days in advance you want to receive the reminders for birthday or saint's day events, and you can also set the time when you want to receive them.

how much does it cost?

Sending anniversary messages costs you 0.05 EUR/SMS.

The reminders you receive for saint's days and/or birthdays cost you 0.04 EUR/SMS.
