An Orange subscriber to the Personal plan can plan with this service an automatic monthly recharge for any PrePay account with a value between 1 EUR to 200 EUR. The respective PrePay account will be recharged automatically every month, at the established date, with the chosen value.

To control the planning made for recharges, the subscriber can choose the recharge with confirmation, and he will be required to agree before each recharge. If the subscriber chooses the recharge without confirmation, he will be notified about the recharge through a text message, after its completion.
The maximum monthly limit for the planned recharged depends on the values of the subscriber's previous bills. The subscriber will be informed about this value each time he accesses the service.
Maximum 5 automatic monthly recharges can be planned, but not more than one recharge for one day. A single automatic monthly recharge can be planned for a PrePay account. The subscriber can change or cancel the recharge plan at any moment.

how does it work

The subscriber has to dial *100#, Self Care service (free of charge from his Orange phone) and select from the menu "Select" option "PrePay Recharge".
The personal password will be requested every time the subscriber uses the service.
All private subscribers that have not defined their password will authorize themselves with the six-digit number of their ID followed by #. All company subscribers that have not defined their password in the Orange Thank You form will identify themselves with the last six digits of the company fiscal code followed by #.

After authentication, the subscriber has to choose the option "monthly", then select the version of the recharge plan he wants to make, with or without confirmation. To plan an automatic monthly recharge, the following steps should be taken:

• choose a recharge value
• introduce the phone number of the PrePay account to recharge each month
• specify the date when the monthly recharge should be made

If the subscriber chooses the automatic monthly recharge with confirmation, the day before the recharge date he will receive a text message that will request his agreement for the recharge. To confirm the recharge the subscriber has to reply with a text message containing the word “DA”, in less than 24 hours. If he doesn't reply or if he sends a reply with another word or combination of words, it will be considered that he doesn't wish to make the recharge. Only the first text message will be taken into consideration.

For both recharge options, after the recharge the subscriber will receive a notification through a text message including the following information: the recharged PrePay number and the overall recharged value.

The respective PrePay user will also receive a text message informing him about the overall recharge value and the recharge date. The credit recharged with this service is considered in the allocation of the 30 day recharge bonus.

The recharge plan can be changed or cancelled at any moment, using the same menu as for planning the recharges.

how does it work in roaming

The PrePay user also benefits from this service while in roaming.
Either he is in Romania or in Roaming, his PrePay account can be recharged by any Orange subscriber (Personal plan), who can be in Romania or abroad.

The service depends on the technical capabilities of the respective foreign netowrks where each of the two roamers, the Prepay user and the Orange subscriber, are registered.

how much does it cost

The PrePay account recharge value will be included in the subscriber's monthly invoice and the PrePay user will benefit from a credit equal to the recharged value to which the corresponding bonus is added.

Moreover, the subscriber benefits from 5% discount on the recharged value.

for example
when the subscriber orders a 15 EUR recharge that grants a 1,5 EUR bonus, the PrePay account will be recharged with the credit value + bonus = 16,5 EUR and the subscriber will pay in ROL 15 EUR - 5% of the credit value + VAT.

Information on the invoice: on the invoice it will be specified the value of the recharged credit of which 5% have been subtracted from.

This recharge service is available also for the rechargeable subscription.
