Roaming *121#

for you

As an Orange subscriber, when you are abroad, with Roaming *121# you can access the Customer Service or you can listen to your Voice Mail with a low tariff.

how does it work

Dial *121# and then press the calling key. You will receive on the display the following option list:

• 1. Voice Mail
• 2. Customer Service
• 3. Customer Service Fax&Data

To choose an option, press the Answer key and then the option number from the list (for example 2 for Customer Service) followed by the Send key (the name of a certain command can be different from one handset to another)

Or, you can simply dial:

• *121*555# for Voice Mail or
• *121*411# for Customer Service or
• *121*408# for Customer Service Fax&Data

Then press the calling key.

Anything you choose, in a few seconds you will receive a call that will make the
connection to the chosen service.
The number shown on the phone display will have a specific format. For example, for Voice Mail you will see: +4074*555

Keep in mind: In case the unconditional divert of calls is activated, you will not be able to receive the connecting call. We recommend you to make sure the unconditional divert is deactivated before using Roaming *121#.

how much does it cost?

All calls received through Roaming *121# will be charged with EUR 0.27 / minute.
The tariff does not include VAT.
