The customer service provides you with updated information regarding Orange subscriptions .
As an Orange subscriber, dial the short number 411 from your phone or 021 203 30 30 and follow the instructions.
The first step is to choose the communication language: press- 1 for Romanian or
- 2 for English.
If you'd like to speak to one of our advisers, you can call any time from 7am-10pm. Simply select option 0 (zero) and your call will be answered as soon as possible.
This service is available when you are in Romania or in Roaming.
how much does it cost?
The call to 411 from your Orange phone is free of charge.
The call to 021 203 30 30 is charged according to the regular fees.
Be careful: When you are in roaming, a call to Customer Service is charged as an international roaming call to Romania.
