SIM Wallet

With SIM Wallet service you can store, organize and update safely all confidential information directly on your SIM card. For an extra security, all data will be saved on the Orange server so you will be able to restore it in case you need to.

how does it work

From the moment the service was activated, you will be able to access it entering the Orange menu from the SIM card, Wallet option. To store the desired information in Wallet, you can access any of the following options : "Passwords" to introduce your own passwords, "Cards" to introduce card related data such as owner's name, card number, IBAN code, expiry date and PIN, "Wallet Agenda" to introduce contacts directly or from SIM agenda and "Notes" for introducing your own notes directly or from SIM card SMS inbox.

All data can be modified, deleted or send forward using SMS. You can choose that the information you send will be forwarded only to SIM Wallet users (secured) or as normal SMS.

Information can be updated directly or by configuring a periodicity (daily, weekly, monthly) and in case you need to restore the data you may use the "Restore" option.

how much does it cost?

SIM Wallet service is available as a subscription with a monthly fee of 0.4 EUR. For data sent via SMS to other phone numbers the tariff is the standard tariff for SMS.

The service is available for all postpaid customers using the new Smart SIM card.

To activate SIM Wallet service you can call Customer Care or access Self Care *100# menu.
