5 favourite Orange numbers for family service plans option

This option enables you to choose 5 Orange numbers to call with 75% discount off standard tariff and text with only 0.035 EUR/message.

This option is an add-on to the family service plan you selected.

For all family plans, the Favourite Numbers option is available for each member of the family. Thus, each member can define 7 favourite numbers.

how it works

You can define 5 favourite numbers in the Orange network and change them by calling *100# or 200 anytime. Defining the list for the first time is free. Changing your favourite numbers can be done anytime, once the list has been defined completely; each change costs 0.75 EUR.

You cannot define as favourite numbers: short numbers (eg short taxi company numbers), fax / data numbers or international numbers.

The 5 favourite Orange numbers cannot be activated together with the 7 favourite national numbers option for the same phone number.

discount for your favourite numbers

The 75% discount applies to calls made using the service plan’s credit and to calls additional calls.

The discount for calls among family members is not cumulative with the 75% discount for calls to the 5 favourite numbers.

Each member of the family service plan can define as favourites 7 numbers other than those in the family plan and thus reap a double reward:

• discount for calls to other family members and
• 75% discount for calls to favourite numbers

The option is available for family service plans.

how to sign up

The option can be activated when you are signing up for your Orange service plan, or anytime afterwards by calling 411 – Customer Service, free from your Orange phone.

You can deactivate the option only at a date indicated on your bill; the option must be active for at least one billing cycle.
