7 favourite numbers from any network for family service plan option

The Favourite Numbers option gives you the choice of 7 numbers in the Orange network or in other national and international networks fixed or mobile which you can call anytime, at 25% discount.

What's more, you can text your favourite numbers at:

• 0.035 EUR/ message sent to your national favourite numbers, and
• 0.08 EUR/message sent to your international favourite numbers

This option is an add-on to the family service plan you selected.

For all family plans, the Favourite Numbers option is available for each member of the family. As a result, each member can choose their 7 favourite numbers.

how it works

You can define 7 favourite numbers in the Orange network or in other national and international networks.

To define your favourite numbers, call 200 (free from your Orange phone). Defining your favourite numbers for the first time is free.
The numbers can be changed anytime by calling 200, but only after the whole list has been defined completely; each change costs 0.75 EUR.
The favourite numbers list can include Orange numbers and numbers from other fixed or mobile national and international networks.
You can't define as favourite numbers: short numbers (eg: short taxi company numbers), fax / data numbers and numbers of satellite operators.

The 7 favourite national numbers can’t be activated together with the 5 favourite Orange numbers option for the same phone number.

discount for your favourite numbers

25 % - applies to calls made using the service plan’s credit and to calls additional calls.

For family service plans, the discount for calls among family members is not cumulative with the 25% discount for all calls to the 7 favourite numbers.

Each member of the family service plan can define as favourites 7 numbers other than those in the family plan and thus reap a double reward:

• discount for calls to other family members and
• 25% discount for calls to favourite numbers

The option is available for family service plans.

how to sign up

The option can be activated when you are signing up for your Orange service plan, or anytime afterwards by calling 411 – Customer Service, free from your Orange phone.

You can deactivate the option only at a date indicated on your bill; the option must be active for at least one billing cycle.
