The Favorite Numbers option enables you to call 7 phone numbers at your choice at 25% lower fees than the standard fees.

What's more, you can text your favourite numbers at:

• 0.035 EUR/ message sent to your national favourite numbers, and
• 0.08 EUR/message sent to your international favourite numbers

This is an extra option for your Flexible subscription.

how does it work

You can define 7 favorite numbers within the Orange network or other national and international networks.

In order to define the favorite numbers list, call 200 or *100# (free of charge from your Orange phone). The first full definition of your favorite numbers list is free of charge.
The numbers can be changed anytime, by calling 200 or *100# , only after your favorite numbers list has been completely defined; each change is charged with 0.75 EUR.
In the favorite numbers list you can define either numbers within the Orange network -or from other national and international networks.

You cannot define in the favorite numbers list short numbers (e. g. taxi companies) , fax/data numbers and numbers of satellite operators.

25 % - it applies both for the calls within the minutes included in your subscription, and to your additional calls.

This option is available only for the Flexible subscriptions.

how do I get it

The option can be activated when subscribing, or anytime later by calling Customer Service at 411, free of charge from your Orange phone.
The option can be deactivated on the invoicing date mentioned on your invoice and must be maintained at least one billing cycle.
