The flexible minutes option for the 3 euro service plan offers the budget
control and the flexibility you need.
This is a supplementary option for the
3 euro service plan.
how does it work
The option includes a number of minutes varying according to the destination of calls.
The maximum number of inclusive minutes refers to the cases when calls are made only towards one of the following destinations:

The unused minutes are not rolled over in the next month.
You can find out the number of available minutes for each of these destinations at any time, by calling 415, Cronos service, free of charge from your Orange phone.
Thus, if during one invoiced month you used 50 minutes for calls to the Orange favorite numbers and 10 minutes for calls to other national networks, you will have available maximum 100 minutes to 3 favorite Orange numbers, anytime, and to any Orange number during off-peak hours or maximum 40 minutes within Orange network from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. or maximum 20 minutes to other national networks, anytime.
When the inclusive minutes of the option are consumed, standard tariffs for the 3 euro subscription are applied.
Off-peak hours: Monday to Friday from 6 pm to 8 am and anytime on Saturday and Sunday.
favorite numbers
You can define 3 Orange favorite numbers and change them by calling free
of charge *100# or 200 at any time.
The first definition of the list is free of charge. The subsequent change
of the favorite numbers can be made at any moment once the list has been
defined completely; each change is charged with 0.75 EUR.
how much does it cost?
The monthly fee is EUR 6, without VAT.

This option is available only for the 3 euro service plan.
how do I get it
You can request the activation and the deactivation of this option
by calling 411, Customer Service, free of charge from your Orange phone.
The option can be activated at any time and must be maintained active at least one invoiced month. You can deactivate the option at the invoice date.
