you’ll receive Thank You points each month according to the amount of your bill

If you have a rechargeable service plan, you’ll also receive Thank You points for the amount of credit you top up with:

Thank You points are allocated monthly as follows: points earned from your bill are allocated when you pay it, and points for top-ups over the course of the month are allocated when your bill is issued.

you can buy a new mobile at a special Thank You price once a year if you’ve held a service plan for at least one year.

If you buy a mobile at a special Thank You price for 24 months and extend your agreement by 24 months, you’ll receive the Gold Plus package:
