you’ll receive Thank You points each month according to the amount of your bill

number of Thank You points = amount of bill (in euros, excluding VAT) x 40%

If you have a rechargeable service plan, the number of Thank You points will be the amount you top up with (in euros, excluding bonuses and VAT) x 40%

Thank You points are allocated monthly as follows: points earned from your bill are allocated when you pay it, and points for top-ups over the course of the month are allocated when your bill is issued.

you can buy a new mobile at a special Thank You price once a year if you’ve held a service plan for at least one year

If you buy a mobile at a special Thank You price for 24 months and extend your agreement by 24 months, you’ll receive the Platinum Plus package:

• 100 Orange minutes + 100 national text messages + 100 international minutes for zones 0 and 1, allocated once only and valid for 1 year,
• or

• 50 minutes for calls received while roaming in zone 1, allocated once only and valid for 1 year details »

you can get a 20% discount on the mobile of the month in any Orange shop or the online shop without having to extend your service plan agreement

you’ll get the following discounts at Orange shops: 5% off the standard price of any mobile and 10% off merchandise

you can receive special assistance for natural persons by calling Customer Services on 411

you can change your SIM card, mobile number and tariff plan, choose a personalised number or suspend your Orange services temporarily without having to pay an administration fee
