Silver benefits package

you’ll receive Thank You points each month according to the amount of your bill

number of Thank You points = amount of bill (in euros, excluding VAT) x 30%

For example, for a bill of 10 euros (excluding VAT) you’ll get 10 euros x 30%, i.e. 3 Thank You points.

If you have a rechargeable service plan, you’ll also receive Thank You points for the amount of credit you top up with:
number of Thank You points = top-up credit (in euros, excluding bonuses and VAT) x 30%

Thank You points are allocated monthly as follows: points earned from your bill are allocated when you pay it, and points for top-ups over the course of the month are allocated when your bill is issued.

you can buy a new mobile at a special Thank You price once a year if you’ve held a service plan for at least one year

If you buy a mobile at a special Thank You price for 24 months and extend your agreement by 24 months, you’ll receive the Silver Plus package:
