how you can use Thank You points

If you’ve been with Orange for more than 1 year, you can use the points you’ve earned in part or in full as follows:

• you can buy mobiles at special Thank You prices at any Orange shop, in the online shop and from Orange partners displaying an “Orange Thank You here” sign.
  If you’ve held a service plan for at least one year, you can buy a new mobile once a year and keep your mobile number and benefits received for the length of time you’ve been with Orange. What is more, if you decide to extend your agreement by 24 months, you will receive a free PrePay SIM card with starting credit of 4 euros which you can use to talk at a special tariff of 1 cent/minute, plus a range of benefits for your service plan: Silver/Gold/Platinum benefits packages
• you can buy GSM accessories at any Orange shop and in the online shop
• you can buy PrePay cards at any Orange shop, from Orange partners displaying an “Orange Thank You here” sign and in the Web Shop
  you can pay for service plans and Orange options by calling 434 free. Call at least 5 days before the date of issue of the bill which you want to pay using Thank You points and then go through the following steps:
  • enter your customer number (to be found on your bill) and press #
  • key in your password followed by # to find out the maximum number of Thank You points you can receive to reduce your next bill
  • enter the number of Thank You points you want to use and then press #. Once your request has been processed successfully, you’ll receive a confirmation text message.
