how many Thank You points you’ll receive

You’ll receive Thank You points each month according to the amount of your bill.

Silver package

number of Thank You points = amount of bill (euros excluding VAT) x 30%

• If you have a rechargeable service plan, you’ll also receive Thank You points for top-ups:
  number of Thank You points = top-up credit (in euros, excluding bonuses and VAT) x 30%
  For example, if your bill is 5.50 euros excluding VAT and you’ve topped up with 12 euros during the billing month, you’ll receive 6 Thank You points:
  • 5.50 euros x 30% = 2 Thank You points for amount of bill
  • 12 euros x 30% = 4 Thank You points for credit top-ups

Gold package

number of Thank You points = amount of bill (euros excluding VAT) x 35%

• If you have a rechargeable service plan, you’ll also receive Thank You points for top-ups:
  number of Thank You points = top-up credit (in euros, excluding bonuses and VAT) x 35%
  For example, if your bill is 5.50 euros excluding VAT and you’ve topped up with 20 euros during the billing month, you’ll receive 9 Thank You points:
  • 5.50 euros x 35% = 2 Thank You points for amount of bill
  • 20 euros x 35% = 7 Thank You points for credit top-ups

Platinum package

number of Thank You points = amount of bill (euros excluding VAT) x 40%

• If you have a rechargeable service plan, you’ll also receive Thank You points for top-ups:
  number of Thank You points = top-up credit (in euros, excluding bonuses and VAT) x 40%
  For example, if your bill is 5.50 euros excluding VAT and you’ve topped up your account with 30 euros during the billing month, you’ll receive 14 Thank You points:
  • 5.5 euros x 40% = 2 Thank You points for amount of bill
  • 30 euros x 40% = 12 Thank You points for credit top-ups
