for using the Orange Thank You program

definitions of the terms related to Orange Thank You program

Subscriber - represents the natural person or the legal entity that has signed a subscription contract with Orange Romania S.A.
Orange Thank You - represents the loyalty program of Orange Romania S.A., exclusively dedicated to active Orange customers.
Thank You points - represent the points offered by Orange Romania S.A. as part of Orange Thank You program, points to be used by the subscriber to benefit from the advantages the program grants.
Contact person - represents the person that the legal entity has authorized to be represented by in the relations with Orange Romania S.A. and to decide the way Thank You points are used.
Password - represents the six-digit series, which protects your Thank You points from being used by somebody else except the contact person.
Form - represents the document to be filled in by the legal entity to benefit from the advantages that the Orange Thank You program offers. The form must be entirely filled in, signed and sealed by the manager/director of the legal entity.

use of password

The Thank You points can be used by anybody knowing the customer’s password. This password also protects the information that Orange Romania S.A. has on the subscriber.
Orange Romania S.A. does not assume responsibility if other persons, except the subscriber, know the password and use it in their own advantage. .

use of Thank You points

If the subscriber wants to use the points it has in order to buy telephones as part of Orange Thank You program, this means that it agrees to continue the contract with Orange Romania S.A. for at least 12 months, through a written document signed by both parties.

The Thank You points are deducted from the value with VAT included of the acquired services/products and cannot be returned or substituted for money.

effects that the contract suspension or termination of Orange service has on Thank You program

A subscriber temporary suspended for not paying the Orange invoice in due time will lose the Thank You points allocated on the basis of this invoice. The rest of points remain valid and can be used after the suspension has ceased, under the stipulated conditions.
The contract termination, irrespective of the reason, has as a result the loss of the right to use the Thank You points.

Orange Romania S.A. reserves the right to stipulate the conditions of Orange Thank You program, to change or cancel the program; should this be the case, the Thank You points are no longer valid and applicable.
