The rechargeable service plan always lets you choose how much you talk and how much you pay, so you can enjoy the rewards of pay-monthly and PrePay customers at the same time.
For a small monthly charge, this service plan includes an amount of credit you can use as you wish: for calls, to send text or multimedia messages, for data services etc.
Once your credit has been used up, you must recharge in order to call again. Every time you recharge by an amount between 7 and 200 EUR, you'll get a 30% bonus on the amount you’ve topped up.
In addition, you’ll get all the rewards of the Orange Thank You programme for loyal customers: bonus credit, Thank You points, mobiles at special prices.
how much it costs
The monthly charge is 5.5 EUR excluding VAT. Each month, you’ll get 4 EUR credit included with your plan.
Select the charge plan that’s best for you: Standard, Unique, Favourite Time, Favourite Numbers or Text Messages. Your national calls will be charged according to the selected plan.
You can call anywhere in the world form your mobile, you just need sufficient credit. Find out what your international charges are, depending on the zone you're calling.
Calls are charged by the second after the first full minute.
how do I top up my credit
You can top up your credit anytime you want using the methods available to PrePay customers: using a recharge card, by a pay-monthly customer, through Credit Transfer from another PrePay customer.
Validity periods determined by the amount recharged won’t apply to your credit as they do when topping up a PrePay account.
Your inclusive monthly credit will be assigned within 24 hours of the start of your billing month. Credit unused during one month will be rolled forward to the next month, without limitations.
If your account is suspended due to non-payment, existing credit is not lost but it can only be used once your bill has been paid.
If you´re a private individual and have an Orange service plan, beginning on 25 May 2008 you can switch to or from a top-up plan no more than 4 times per calendar year. This limitation is designed to prevent abuse.
If you´ve made 4 such changes in the past 365 days before 25 May 2008, you´ll be able to switch your service plan again after one calendar year from the date of the first change.
Should the top-up service plan no longer fulfil your communication needs, you can opt for another Personal plan.
