national Thank You minutes

If you have been with Orange for 8 months, you will receive on a monthly basis additional national minutes. After 2 or 3 years within the network, their number gets higher. And if you have been with Orange for 8 months, you will receive birthday minutes every year.

* the minutes offered for Orange Free and the Christmas 2002 promotional service plans are used within the Orange network under the same conditions as the minutes included in the subscription. The promotional minutes from the Plus rewards package are used up first, before the Thank You minutes and are available for the calls to favourite numbers and to other Orange numbers.

The monthly Thank You-minutes are considered part of the subscription, are allocated at the invoicing date and are rolled over from a month to another. The maximum number of minutes that can be rolled over is the same as the number of minutes included in the subscription. The birthday minutes are not rolled over.

If you have a Shared minutes package, the number of monthly Thank You-minutes you receive is the one for the service plan with minutes included in the package. For example, if you have a Shared minutes package with 180 minutes, you will receive the number of monthly Thank You-minutes that corresponds to the service plan with 180 minutes included. These minutes can be used by all group members.
Every year on the birth date, each user of the Shared minutes package will receive 20 national minutes that can be used when the minutes included in the package have been consumed.
These minutes are not rolled over.

The birthday minutes can be offered only if the information related to your name and date of birth is available. Call 411 from your Orange phone to provide this information.
