In order to cut communication related expenses, a company operating in four locations coordinated from the headquarters intends to have all communication services contracted with only one operator. The company uses mobile telephony services, electronic mail and intends to implement an ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning) type system, that allows users to monitorize and manage the company resources. It also intends to provide its sales representatives and technical support personnel with permanent access to the internal information system, even if they are most of the time at the customers’ offices.
Orange – sole provider of business communication solutions
In order to efficiently meet the customers’ needs, the Corporate Department experts suggested the following solution:

c. Manager Control - a web application intended for the control and management of the entire mobile fleet of the company, allowing the fleet manager to change traffic parameters himself.
a. IP-VPN Service allows the creation of a private data communications system (Intranet) between the headquarters and subsidiaries; this is essential for the implementation of the ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning) application.
b. The Dedicated Internet Access Service allows controlled access, assisted by the headquarters, to information available on the Internet; the operation of the e-mail service as well as access to its web site for company customers or potential clients.
c. The use of the Office Net Access package designed for mobile personnel, facilitates access to the internal electronic information of the company. Moreover, e-mail accounts are offered for all users.
