Star Company

Star Company enables a better connection between your company and its customers or potential customers. It is a simple and easy to use service; the activation is not complicated and no additional equipment is required.

advantages

With Star Company you can communicate the contact number of your company in a new manner: instead of the classical 074x xxxxxx number format, your customers will have the possibility of calling you by dialing a code of your choice (that can be the company name for example), preceded by the (*) key.
In order to call Orange, you dial *672643, namely *orange.
The phone call through Star Company goes on exactly as any other call, made by dialing the regular Orange phone number.

usage

No additional equipment is required.

A code can have any length between 4 to 13 digits, preceded by the (*) key.
A code can be associated only with an Orange subscription number.
Any Orange subscriber or PrePay user can dial such a code, except for clients belonging to Mobile Virtual Private Networks.
The codes can have national or local coverage. The national codes can be dialed from any location within the Orange national coverage area, and the local ones are working only within a city (at your choice).

activation

• the costs implied by this service are an activation fee and a monthly fee; the fees value depend on the service coverage area
• the costs are shown separately on your monthly invoice
• a call made by dialing a Star Company code is charged as a regular call inside network

Major companies from pharmaceutical, express mail, car industry, tourism and marketing domain as well as financial institutions already use this service.
