With the Roaming *121# service, whenever you are abroad you can check
your Voice Mail and call the Customer Service at special tariffs.
Dial from your Orange phone
- *121*555# for the Voice Mail or
- *121*410# for the Corporate Customer Service
then press
(call key)
Within a few moments you will receive a call that will connect you
to the desired service.
The number displayed on the phone screen will have a specific format,
+4074* followed by the service number. For example, the Voice Mail will
be identified as: +4074*555.
The calls received through the Roaming *121# service are charged with 0.35 USD/min (without VAT).
By 31 December 2005, with Roaming *121# you have free of charge access to Corporate Customer Service when you are abroad.
Keep in mind: in case the unconditional divert of calls is activated, you will not be able to receive the connecting call. We recommend that, before using Roaming *121#, you make sure that the unconditional divert is deactivated.
This service is available only in roaming.
Roaming *121# service operation depends on the foreign network technical capabilities.
