Therefore, we have devised Your Orange - which gives you direct access to information on your subscriptions and the possibility to administer them.

what is Your Orange
Your Orange is an Internet interface allowing you to view and change the services and options enabled for each of your company’s subscriptions. Your request is received in real time, so you don’t need to call the Corporate Customer Operations Service anymore. The access is protected, on hierarchical levels, so that, depending on the authority granted, you may access your own subscription or all company subscriptions.

The main menu contains:

company structure - in this section you can:
visualize the hierarchical structure (departments and members of the fleet)
create new departments and members
search for departments and members
move users from a department to another
remove departments and members
visualize the members list

company information - in this section you can:
visualize the company address, as it is registered in the Orange database
enter the alternative address where you wish the Orange monthly invoice to be sent
visualize the information referring to your dedicated Orange representative

invoice - in this section you can:
display the invoice
request a copy of an already issued invoice
request the detailed calls invoice
file a complaint concerning an invoice
check your Orange Thank You points

my information - in this section you can:
visualize your personal information
edit the services and options of each user
request the SIM unblocking
suspend and reactivate the GSM service
edit the user profile

contact-us - in this section you can request:
information about the offer, invoice, roaming, services, Orange phones, coverage, Thank You points, the Corporate department etc.
changes related to the purchased Orange package, address, services etc.
complaints related to the quality of services, accessories, invoice, Thank You points, reported minutes etc.

history - this section allows you to obtain a list of your previous requests, based on different criteria.

usage
by using a secured Internet connection, the authorized person has personalized access to the Your Orange application at the address https://www.your.orange.ro by means of an username and password
the application is available in both Romanian and English

Your Orange can be purchased through the Corporate Department. For further information, please call 410 - Corporate Customer Service (free of charge call from the Orange mobile phone) or 021 203 34 10.
